Yardley is a fascinating brand having had its official endorsement from the Queen of England. A special project for the 250th year anniversary was to create a fresh packaging concept that attracts the millennial audience without losing the traditional brand essence.
It was agreed to give this concept a clean, modern look, the bottle design was created in the UK and the outside packaging was produced by PushStudio.
We introduced a new element to the brand, the “hummingbird” which was the first time an animal had been used in this iconic skincare label.
This project is a great example of a company that has an internal design team, however required extraordinary outsourced work. The illustrations delivered were hand drawn, vintage theme.
